准确地进行锅炉受热面壁温计算是评估其安全状况的重要条件.针对传统锅炉管壁温度计算模型效率低、适应性差以及只能对某一特定炉型进行计算等问题,建立了能够用于不同炉型及各受热面形式的通用电站锅炉壁温计算系统,并进行了实际验证,得到的锅炉管壁温度计算结果与实际温度误差小于0.5%.

Accurate temperature calculation for heating surface has important means of safety evaluation.As the conventional temperature calculation model of boiler tube wall has low efficiency,poor suitability and only be aimed at a particular type furnace,the conventional calculation model was modified to develop a temperature computing system for different furnace types and heating surface types.Moreover,the new cal-culation method was verified through actual application.The results show the relative error of the calculat-ed temperature and the actual temperature is below 0.5%.
