为提高旋转煤粉分离器的性能,以中速磨煤机直叶片旋转煤粉分离器结构为依据,设计了一种变截面弯扭动叶旋转煤粉分离器。利用CFD软件对该分离器进行了数值模拟,并运用UG NX软件设计了该分离器的参数化几何模型,建立了转子叶轮应力场分析数学模型,得到了转速在70~110 r/min时转子叶轮内部应力和应变的分布情况及相关规律,可为旋转煤粉分离器的设计、加工提供指导。
為提高鏇轉煤粉分離器的性能,以中速磨煤機直葉片鏇轉煤粉分離器結構為依據,設計瞭一種變截麵彎扭動葉鏇轉煤粉分離器。利用CFD軟件對該分離器進行瞭數值模擬,併運用UG NX軟件設計瞭該分離器的參數化幾何模型,建立瞭轉子葉輪應力場分析數學模型,得到瞭轉速在70~110 r/min時轉子葉輪內部應力和應變的分佈情況及相關規律,可為鏇轉煤粉分離器的設計、加工提供指導。

In order to improve the performance of rotary pulverized-coal classifier,a new rotary coal classifi-er with variable cross section and bowed-twisted rotor blades was designed,on the basis of structural fea-tures of rotary classifier with straight blades for medium-speed pulverizer.The CFD software was employed to conduct simulation on this new classifier.Moreover,by the UG NX software,the parametric geometric model of this classifier was designed and the stress field of the rotor impeller analysis mathematical model was established.Thus,the rotor impeller internal stress and strain distribution was obtained,when the ro-tor speed was between 70 r/min and 110 r/min,so the feasibility of manufacturing was demonstrated.
