由于过热蒸汽温度具有非线性、大时变、大迟延等特点,传统PID串级控制在工况变化时难以取得较好的控制效果.对此,将内模控制与模糊控制相结合,并引入多模型理念,提出了基于内模原理和模糊控制的二模态控制方案,对国电布连电厂超超临界660 MW机组直流锅炉过热蒸汽温度串级控制系统进行改进,将改进后的控制策略用于 EDPF-NT DCS.结果表明,改进后的控制系统较传统过热蒸汽温度PID串级控制系统具有更强的负荷适应能力和鲁棒性,在机组负荷变化较大时仍具有良好的控制品质.

Due to such characteristics as nonlinearity,large time-varying and large delay of the superheated steam temperature,the conventional PID cascade control can no obtain satisfactory effect.In this regard,by combining the internal model control with the fuzzy control and introducing the concept of multi-model,the two-mode control scheme was proposed,on the basis of the internal model principle and fuzzy control.Mo-reover,the superheated steam temperature cascade control system in once-through boiler of an ultra-super-critical 660 MW unit was optimized,and the improved control strategy was applied in EDPF-NT DCS.The results show that,compared with the conventional PID cascade control system,the improved control system has stronger adaptability and robustness of the load,and it still has good control quality when the unit load greatly changes.
