以某亚临界335 MW机组为例,计算再热蒸汽温度(再热汽温)提高时锅炉各个受热面的吸热量及烟气进口温度等参量的变化,得出提高再热汽温对锅炉及机组热力特性的影响程度并进行经济性分析.结果表明:通过增加再热受热面面积提高再热汽温对锅炉炉膛热工况和排烟温度的影响较小;布置在中、高温再热器之后的对流受热面的吸热量和烟气进口温度随再热汽温的提高逐渐降低,且其变化幅度沿烟气流程依次减小;再热汽温每提高10℃机组容量增大约5 MW,循环效率提高约0.85%;对再热汽温从538℃提高至566℃进行了具体方案设计,改造后每年可获得收益395.72万元.

Taking a subcritical 335 MW unit as the example,the variations of heat absorptions of each heat-ing surface and the flue gas inlet temperature were calculated,when the reheat steam temperature was in-creased.Thus,the effect of increasing reheat steam temperature on boiler thermal performances was inves-tigated,and the economic analysis was also carried out.The results show that:as the reheat steam tempera-ture rose,the boiler thermal performance and exhaust gas temperature varied slightly;the heat absorptions and flue gas inlet temperatures of the heating surfaces arranged after the secondary and the last stage re-heaters decreased gradually;moreover,the decrease degree weakened sequentially along the flue gas path;a rise of 10 ℃ in reheat steam temperature may lead to about an increase of 5 MW in unit capacity and 0.85% in cycle efficiency.Finally,a detailed scheme of improving reheat steam temperature from 538 ℃ to 5 6 6 ℃ was put forward.After transformation,the annual income of this system can be increased by 3.957 2×106 yuan.
