目的:探讨新建医院护士工作压力源及其原因分析。方法采用问卷调查法,调查了某新建三级甲等综合医院的154名护士的工作压力源及其影响因素。结果护士的工作压力为中度水平,影响护士工作压力的前五位因素包括:培训、会议多,担心护理工作中出现差错事故,工资福利低,社会地位不认可,护士人力不足等。非术科明显低于术科(t=4.33,P<0.01),压力值分别为(89.00±6.26)、(143.48±9.14),差异有统计学意义;本科学历与大专及以下学历压力值分别为(130.48±11.45)、(224.93±16.58),学历高者压力低于学历低者(t=4.82,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论新建医院护士存在较大压力,并受多因素的影响;建议根据护士人员现状及临床需要特点,进行针对性、多样化的培训,根据工作状况合理配备护理人员编制;增加病区辅助人员;多关注低学历护士,并进一步探讨其压力的形成原因,采取相应的干预措施保护其身心健康。

Objective To explore factors of job stressor among new hospital nurses. Methods Investigations were conducted on stres-sors and its influencing factors for 154 nurses of a new Grade-III A hospital. Results The nurses work pressure is on a middle level and the first five factors that influence nurse' job stressor are training and meeting, worrying about the nursing errors, low income, with-out the social recognition and manpower shortage. Non-operation room nurses' work pressure was lower than operation room nurse's(t=4.33,P<0.01), 89.00±6.26 and 143.48±9.14 respectively, and the difference between them was of statistical significance. Work pressure of nurses with bachelor and college degree were 130.48±11.45 and 224.93±16.58 respectively. Highly-educated nurses' stress was lower than ill-educated(t=4.82,P<0.01), and the difference between them was of statistical significance. Conclusion Nurses suffer from large psychological stress and was affected by a number of factors. According to the present conditions and clinical needs, we should give nurses specific, diversified, and effective training and allocate the nurses staff in a rational manner. Adding support staff in inpatient pharmacy is needed. we should concentrate on nurses with low education to further explore factor caused their pressure, and take corre-sponding measures to promote physical and mental health.
