目的：探讨优质护理在边远山区的应用与体会。方法随机选取本院实施优质护理试点科室住院治疗的患者500例作为实验组，普通科室住院治疗的患者500例作为对照组。比较实验组和对照组患者的满意度及护理质量。结果实验组住院患者满意度及护理质量都高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论开展优质护理服务切实提升了住院患者满意度，有效改善护患关系，提高护理质量。

목적：탐토우질호리재변원산구적응용여체회。방법수궤선취본원실시우질호리시점과실주원치료적환자500례작위실험조，보통과실주원치료적환자500례작위대조조。비교실험조화대조조환자적만의도급호리질량。결과실험조주원환자만의도급호리질량도고우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론개전우질호리복무절실제승료주원환자만의도，유효개선호환관계，제고호리질량。
Objective Exploration and experience of application of high-quality nursing in the outlying mountainous area' standard. Methods The implementation of high quality nursing pilot department of our hospital in 500 patients as the experimental group and the choice of common department as the control group 500 cases hospitalized patients. Result The group showed that the satisfaction of the quality of hospitalization and nursing in patients was higher than that in control group. There are significant differences between the two group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out high quality nursing service can effectively improve the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the care quality and significantly improve inpatient satisfaction.
