目的:探讨MMP-2蛋白及E-cad蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集2011年12月至2013年1月本院确诊的胰腺癌组织标本30例设为观察组,收集同期正常胰腺组织10例设为对照组,采取免疫组织化学法对两组胰腺组织中MMP-2、E-cad的表达情况进行观察。结果观察组MMP-2蛋白阳性率为93.33%,E-cad蛋白阳性率为96.67%;对照组MMP-2蛋白阳性率为60%,E-cad蛋白阳性率为20%,观察组的MMP-2蛋白阳性率及E-cad蛋白阳性率均显著高于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义;MMP-2蛋白、E-cad蛋白阳性表达和胰腺癌的分化程度有一定关联;MMP-2蛋白、E-cad蛋白阳性表达和胰腺癌是否存在淋巴结转移有一定关联。结论 MMP-2蛋白在胰腺癌组织中呈高表达,E-cad蛋白在胰腺癌组织中呈低表达,且二者表达情况和胰腺癌组织的分化程度以及是否存在淋巴结转移均有密切关联。

목적:탐토MMP-2단백급E-cad단백재이선암조직중적표체급림상의의。방법수집2011년12월지2013년1월본원학진적이선암조직표본30례설위관찰조,수집동기정상이선조직10례설위대조조,채취면역조직화학법대량조이선조직중MMP-2、E-cad적표체정황진행관찰。결과관찰조MMP-2단백양성솔위93.33%,E-cad단백양성솔위96.67%;대조조MMP-2단백양성솔위60%,E-cad단백양성솔위20%,관찰조적MMP-2단백양성솔급E-cad단백양성솔균현저고우대조조,P<0.05,유통계학의의;MMP-2단백、E-cad단백양성표체화이선암적분화정도유일정관련;MMP-2단백、E-cad단백양성표체화이선암시부존재림파결전이유일정관련。결론 MMP-2단백재이선암조직중정고표체,E-cad단백재이선암조직중정저표체,차이자표체정황화이선암조직적분화정도이급시부존재림파결전이균유밀절관련。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of MMP-2 and E-cad protein in pancreatic tissue. Methods December 2011 January 2013 hospital diagnosed 30 cases of pancreatic tissue observation group to collect the same period 10 cases of normal pancreatic tissue as control group, taking two groups of immunohistochemistry pancreatic tissue MMP-2, E-cad expression was observed. Results Observation group MMP-2 protein positive rate of 93.33%, E-cad protein positive rate was 96.67%;controls MMP-2 protein positive rate 60%, E-cad protein positive rate was 20%in the observation group MMP-the positive rate of E-cad 2 protein and protein-positive rate was significantly higher, P<0.05, statistically significant;MMP-2 protein, E-cad expression and differentiation of certain proteins associated with pancreatic cancer;MMP-2 protein , E-cad protein expression and pancreatic lymph nodes if there is a certain association. Conclusion MMP-2 protein was highly expressed, E-cad protein expression was lower in pancreatic cancer in pancreatic cancer, and both the expression and the degree of differentiation of pancreatic cancer, and whether the presence of lymph node metastases are closely related.
