目的：对比分析酶联免疫法（ELISA）与电化学发光法（ECLIA）检测血清中肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白（AFP）的结果并评价其应用价值。方法采用酶联免疫法及电化学发光法对176份血清样本进行AFP含量检测，并对两种检测方法的结果进行比较和分析。结果 ELISA法与ECLIA法均能准确的检测出血清中AFP的含量，统计学分析表明两组检测结果呈高度相关性，相关系数＞0.99，双样本均值分析t检验下双尾检验P=0.307，表明两组检测结果比较无显著差异，P＞0.05，不具有统计学意义。结论酶联免疫法与电化学发光法在检测AFP结果上有较高的一致性，可为临床肿瘤诊断及治疗提供指导。

Objective To compare and analyze ELISA method and electrochemical method on detecting of AFP tumor marker as well as evaluate its application value. Methods Tested AFP content detection of 176 serum samples using ELISA method and electrochemical luminescence method, compared and analyzed the results between two kinds of detection method. Results ELISA method and ECLIA method can accurate content detection in blood serum of AFP, the statistical analysis showed that the two groups of test results were highly correlated, the correlation coefficient>0.99, analysis of the double sample mean test two tailed test P=0.307, two group of comparison of the test results showed that there were no significant difference, P>0.05, with no statistically significant. Conclusion ELISA method and the electrochemical luminescence method has high consistency on detecting AFP, which can provide guidance for clinical tumor diagnosis and treatment.
