目的：探究脑梗死和D-二聚体之间的关系。方法选取2012年10月至2013年12月收治的50例脑梗死患者进行研究，对脑梗死患者进行24 h血浆D-二聚体的检测，并与50例健康人员血浆D-二聚体的检测情况进行对比。结果脑梗死患者和健康人员在D-二聚体的数值上有较大差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑梗死患者与D-二聚体的含量有密切关系，并可为患者的诊断治疗提供准确的依据。
목적：탐구뇌경사화D-이취체지간적관계。방법선취2012년10월지2013년12월수치적50례뇌경사환자진행연구，대뇌경사환자진행24 h혈장D-이취체적검측，병여50례건강인원혈장D-이취체적검측정황진행대비。결과뇌경사환자화건강인원재D-이취체적수치상유교대차이，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론뇌경사환자여D-이취체적함량유밀절관계，병가위환자적진단치료제공준학적의거。
Objective To explore the relationship between cerebral infarction and D-dimmer. Methods The study was performed in 50 patients with cerebral infarction from October 2012-December 2013 were tested for 24 hours, the plasma D-dimmer in patients with cerebral infarction, was compared with 50 healthy persons and D-dimmer. Results the patients with cerebral infarction and healthpersonnel in the D-dimmer poly different body scales, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between the contents of cerebral infarction patients and D-dimmer, and can provide accurate basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
