目的：探讨舒适化护理对胃肠道手术留置胃管患者应用效果情况。方法分析我院2013年1月至2013年12月收治的80例胃肠道手术患者临床资料，依据是否实施舒适化的护理措施进行分组，护理A组（普通护理措施组）40例和护理B组（舒适化护理组）40例。结果护理B组胃肠道手术留置胃管患者自我效能评分明显优于护理A组，护理B组胃肠道手术留置胃管患者舒适度评价明显优于护理A组，P＜0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论舒适化护理在胃肠道手术留置胃管患者应用后可以明显提高自我认识水平和舒适度，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토서괄화호리대위장도수술류치위관환자응용효과정황。방법분석아원2013년1월지2013년12월수치적80례위장도수술환자림상자료，의거시부실시서괄화적호리조시진행분조，호리A조（보통호리조시조）40례화호리B조（서괄화호리조）40례。결과호리B조위장도수술류치위관환자자아효능평분명현우우호리A조，호리B조위장도수술류치위관환자서괄도평개명현우우호리A조，P＜0.05，차이균유통계학의의。결론서괄화호리재위장도수술류치위관환자응용후가이명현제고자아인식수평화서괄도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach application reslut of gastrointestinal surgery gastrointestinal surgery patients by comfortable personalized nursing. Method To analyze 80 cases clinical data of gastrointestinal surgery gastrointestinal surgery patients in our hospital from 2013-1 to 2013-12, which was to be divided into two groups, Nursing A group(ordinary nursing measures group) 40 cases and Nursing B group(comfortable personalized nursing group) 40 cases. Result The my performance ratings of Nursing B group was better than Nursing A group, The evaluating of Nursing B group was better than Nursing A group, P<0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The gastrointestinal surgery gastrointestinal surgery patients by comfortable personalized nursing, the level of self-awareness and evaluating were increased, which was to be used.
