目的:研究虎杖中大黄素超声法提取工艺。方法通过正交试验考察料液比、酒精浓度、提取时间3个因素,以提取浸膏得率和大黄素含量为评价指标,采用加权评分法进行综合评价分析。结果超声提取虎杖中大黄素的最佳工艺参数为:料液比1∶10、酒精浓度80%、提取时间60 min,在此条件下进行提取,干膏得率最高可达18.87%,干膏中大黄素含量最高可达0.69%。结论超声提取虎杖中大黄素提取时间短、提取率高。

목적:연구호장중대황소초성법제취공예。방법통과정교시험고찰료액비、주정농도、제취시간3개인소,이제취침고득솔화대황소함량위평개지표,채용가권평분법진행종합평개분석。결과초성제취호장중대황소적최가공예삼수위:료액비1∶10、주정농도80%、제취시간60 min,재차조건하진행제취,간고득솔최고가체18.87%,간고중대황소함량최고가체0.69%。결론초성제취호장중대황소제취시간단、제취솔고。
Objective To study the ultrasonic extraction of emodin in giant knotweed. Methods Examined the solid-liquid ratio, alcohol concentration, extraction time, three factors through the orthogonal experiments. The evaluation index is extract dry ointment yield and the content of emodin. Using the weighted scoring method for comprehensive evaluation analysis. Results Ultrasonic extraction of emodin in the giant knotweed optimum technological parameters are:solid-liquid ratio 1∶10;alcohol concentration 80%, extraction time 60 min. Under this condition, the dry ointment yield up to 18.87%, the content of emodin up to 0.69%. Conclusion Ultrasonic extraction of emodin in giant knotweed, shorten the time and increase the yield.
