目的：探讨罕见部位异位妊娠病情稳定，指标符合药物治疗者行囊内注射配合口服药物保守治疗以避免手术创伤对组织的影响。方法在腹部超声支架或阴道超声支架引导下，行双腔取卵针妊娠囊内注射MTX配合米非司酮口服及中药活血化瘀治疗罕见部位异位妊娠，了解其转手术治疗概率，血β-HCG下降时间及药物不良反应发生情况。结果超声准确引导下妊娠囊内注射MTX配合米非司酮口服治疗罕见部位稳定异位妊娠，血β-HCG下降时间快，不良反应轻，转手术概率无升高。配合中药活血化瘀治疗后残留病灶吸收完全。结论超声支架引导下局部注射药物治疗罕见部位异位妊娠患者创伤小、痛苦小、操作简便、无需麻醉、可重复治疗、安全、疗效好，并最大可能保证了患者正常组织器官结构甚至功能，目前还需积累更多资料对该治疗方案的适应证范围、应用药物及对再妊娠的影响等作进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the stable condition of rare ectopic pregnancy, If indicators meet the drug treatment ,intracapsular injecting and taking orally drug for conservative treatment to avoid the impact of operation trauma on organization. Method In the abdominal ultrasonography or transvaginal ultrasound support guided,pregnancy intracapsular injection of MTX with double cavity needle for take eggs combined with mifepristone and Chinese medicine treatment of rare ectopic pregnancy, understand the chance of changing into the operation treatment, the serumβ-HCG fall time and drug side effect incidence. Results The ultrasound accurate guided pregnancy intracapsular injection of MTX combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy stable rare position, the serumβ-HCG decreases faster, side effects lighter, no increased chance to operation, the residuing focus absorbed completely after chinese medicine treatment. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided injection drug stents rare ectopic pregnancy small patient trauma, pain, easy operation, without anesthesia, the treatment can be repeated, safety, efficacy, and to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the patients with normal structure or function of tissues and organs, there is further studies need to accumulate more data for the treatment of indications scope, application of drugs and on another pregnancy impacts.
