目的：研究多平面重建成像技术对经蝶窦垂体肿瘤切除术的作用。方法分析泰安市中心医院2006年12月至2012年1月期间53例垂体肿瘤手术患者，对比研究通过术前鼻蝶入路CT多平面重建技术了解入路解剖变异对垂体肿瘤手术的影响。结果术前手术入路CT多平面重建患者，手术时间缩短（P＝0.000），术中出血量减少（P＝0.000），术后并发症少（P＝0.011），住院时间短（ P＝0.025）。结论多平面重建技术能够准确显示手术入路及肿瘤周围结构关系，提高经蝶窦垂体肿瘤切除术的手术安全与质量。

목적：연구다평면중건성상기술대경접두수체종류절제술적작용。방법분석태안시중심의원2006년12월지2012년1월기간53례수체종류수술환자，대비연구통과술전비접입로CT다평면중건기술료해입로해부변이대수체종류수술적영향。결과술전수술입로CT다평면중건환자，수술시간축단（P＝0.000），술중출혈량감소（P＝0.000），술후병발증소（P＝0.011），주원시간단（ P＝0.025）。결론다평면중건기술능구준학현시수술입로급종류주위결구관계，제고경접두수체종류절제술적수술안전여질량。
Objective To explore the effect of multiplanar reconstruction imaging on resection of pituitary tumor through transsphenoidal approach .Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 53 pituitary tumor patients treated in Taian Central Hospital between December 2006 and January 2012 .The effects of anatomic variations on tumor resection were observed in the patients with or without preoperative multiplanar CT reconstruction through transsphenoidal approach .Results The patients receiving preoperative multiplanar reconstruction CT imaging suffered shorter operation time ( P =0.000 ) and hospital stay ( P =0.025 ) ,less amount of intraoperative bleeding ( P =0.000 ) and less possibilities of complications ( P =0.011 ) .Conclusions Multiplanar reconstruction CT imaging can accurately demonstrate the operative approach and structural relationship between tumor and surrounding tissues .So it can significantly improve the safety and quality of surgical treatment for pituitary tumor through transsphenoidal approach .
