Trial lecture is a kind of teaching activity simulating true classroom before officially giving a class, while lesson inter-pretation is the exposition of teaching design. This paper, ex-pounds the relationship between lesson interpretation and trial lecture, summarizes the significance of lesson interpretation in trial lecture of normal students of chemistry specialty, analyzes the requirements from the New Curriculum and the strategies of enhancing the quality of lesson interpretation, and puts forward proposals with regard to how to promote trial lecture standard and foster the teaching skills of normal students.
