目的：探讨阿奇霉素联合红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法选取符合条件的支原体肺炎的患儿158例，分为红霉素组、阿奇霉素组和联合治疗组，分别为55例、50例和53例，分析比较其临床疗效。结果3组治疗方案有效率分别为70.9%、76%、92.5%，红霉素组和阿奇霉素组的临床治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P >0.05），联合治疗组与前2组比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论红霉素和阿奇霉素两种药物联合治疗小儿支原体肺炎，具有良好的临床效果，值得临床上推广。
목적：탐토아기매소연합홍매소치료소인지원체폐염적료효。방법선취부합조건적지원체폐염적환인158례，분위홍매소조、아기매소조화연합치료조，분별위55례、50례화53례，분석비교기림상료효。결과3조치료방안유효솔분별위70.9%、76%、92.5%，홍매소조화아기매소조적림상치료총유효솔비교차이무통계학의의（P >0.05），연합치료조여전2조비교차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론홍매소화아기매소량충약물연합치료소인지원체폐염，구유량호적림상효과，치득림상상추엄。
Objective To investigantc the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with erythromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methdos 158 children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into three groups,they were respectively given erythromycin(55 cases),azithromycin(50 cases)and azithromycin combined with Erythromycin(53 cases). The clinical curative effect of 3 groups was compared. Results The effective races of 3 groups were 70. 9% ,76% ,92. 5% respectively. There was no statistically significant difference of total effective rate between erythromycin group and azithromycin group(P > 0. 05),but the azithromycin combined with erythromycin group were significantly higher than another two groups,The difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion It is good clinical effect and safety of azithromycin combined with erythromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,which is worthy to be popularized.
