目前我国高等职业教育发展任务的重点是提高人才培养质量，增强社会服务能力。高职院校在“全人教育”理念下改革职业院校人才培养的模式，建立开放的“自由选课体系”和产学研相结合的校内、校外实训基地，采用“探究式”的教学和考核方法，加强学生创新能力的培养，是职业院校打造高素质高技能型人才和可持续发展的保证。

At present, the key task of developing higher vocational education in China is to improve the quality of personnel training and to enhance the trainees' ability to serve the society. To ensure the sustainable development of vocational education and to con-tinuously cultivate well-rounded and skilled talents, vocational schools, argued in this paper, should take the following ap-proaches: to reform the ways of teaching based on the idea of holistic education, to encourage class discussions to cultivate stu-dents' innovation ability and to establish a combination of stu-dents being able to have options to choose courses and students having opportunities to gain working experience.
