本文提出建立一个面向管理类专业学生的职业行为表现和评测的平台。该平台以管理案例和企业各层级工作流程为脚本，以仿真的办公设备和工作环境为背景，通过对学生模拟的工作行为表现进行记录、分析，以此作为评价和改进其职业知识和技能的基础。该平台还可以积累大量的可视化教学案例，可用于开展各类职业技能鉴定与职业竞赛，同时通过远程视频密切校企合作，解决学校教育模式与社会需求脱节的问题。

This paper is aimed to build a platform of professional conduct performance and evaluation for students majoring in management. Based on management cases and the working pro-cesses at all levels of a company as the script, with simulated of-fice equipment and working environment as the background, this platform records and analyzes students' behavior and performance in simulated work, and takes it as the basis of evaluation and im-provement of their professional knowledge and skills. This plat-form can also accumulate a large number of visualized teaching cases which can be used to implement various types of occupa-tion skill appraisal and occupation co mpetition, and it can solve the problem that the university education model cannot adapt to social requirements, through strengthening the cooperation be-tween colleges and enterprises through the remote video.
