为了探讨铅铬单一及复合污染胁迫对小麦叶绿素的影响,用不同质量浓度的铅铬溶液处理小麦苗,用紫外分光光度计测定铅铬处理后1、3、5、7d小麦苗叶绿素含量在小麦苗中的变化.结果表明,铅铬单一及复合污染胁迫均能降低小麦苗叶绿素在小麦苗中的含量.处理后1 d,除200 mg/L Pb+100 mg/L Cr处理组外,其余各处理组小麦苗叶绿素含量较对照显著降低;处理后3 d,除100 mg/L Pb+50 mg/L Cr处理组小麦苗叶绿素含量较对照降低53.1%外,其余各处理组小麦苗叶绿素含量与对照相比无显著差异.随着处理后时间的继续延长,小麦苗叶绿素含量又恢复至不受影响的正常状态.本研究为铅铬污染胁迫的监测提供了理论依据.

In order to explore the effects of lead and chromium multiple stresses on wheat chlorophyll ,the wheat seedlings were treated with different concentrations of lead and chromium solutions ,and the chlorophyll content changes in the wheat seedlings were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 1,3,5,7 d after treatment. The results showed that wheat seedlings under lead and chromium multiple stresses exhibited a significant decrease in the chlorophyll content. Except 200 mg/L Pb+100 mg/L Cr treatment group,the wheat seedlings treated with lead and chromium showed significantly lower chlorophyll content than the untreated control at 1 d. The chlorophyll content decreased by 53.1%at 3 d after treatment with 100 mg/L Pb+50 mg/L Cr compared to the untreated control and no significant change was observed for chlorophyll content in the other treatment groups at 3 d after treatment. With the time prolonged,during 3 to 5 d after treatment,the chlorophyll content finally returned to normal conditions. This study provided the theoretical basis for the monitor of lead and chromium pollution stress.
