出血转化(hemorrhagic transformation,HT)是缺血性卒中最严重的并发症之一。近年来,随着技术的发展,磁共振能较准确地反映HT的生理机制,例如通过弥散加权技术反映细胞的代谢障碍,灌注加权技术反映组织的灌注缺损,血脑屏障通透性技术反映血脑屏障破坏程度,进而在此基础上评估HT的风险。本文将对磁共振技术在预测缺血性卒中发生HT的应用及进展做一综述。
齣血轉化(hemorrhagic transformation,HT)是缺血性卒中最嚴重的併髮癥之一。近年來,隨著技術的髮展,磁共振能較準確地反映HT的生理機製,例如通過瀰散加權技術反映細胞的代謝障礙,灌註加權技術反映組織的灌註缺損,血腦屏障通透性技術反映血腦屏障破壞程度,進而在此基礎上評估HT的風險。本文將對磁共振技術在預測缺血性卒中髮生HT的應用及進展做一綜述。

Hemorrhagic transformation (HT) is one of the most critical complications of acute ischemic stroke. Recently, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can be used to accurately reflect the physiological mechanism of HT, such as diffusion weighted imaging can be used to reflect the metabolic disturbances of brain cells, perfusion weighted imaging can be used to relfect the perfusion defects of brain tissue, and blood-brain barrier permeability imaging can be used to relfect the destruction of the blood brain barrier, thus helping to assess the risk of HT. This review is focused on current knowledge regarding the application and progress of MRI for predicting HT.
