目的:探讨正常新生儿糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c )的参考区间。方法使用亲和层析法检测1003例正常新生儿脐血标本 HbA1 c医学参考区间按 P2.5~P97.5计算。结果新生儿脐血 HbA1 c 呈正偏态分布,中位数为3.80%;95%医学参考值为3.46%~4.25%;新生儿性别、分娩方式对 HbA1 c结果无明显影响(P >0.05);新生儿脐血 HbA1 c 与新生儿血糖水平呈正相关(r =0.118,P =0.028),与新生儿体重无明显相关性(r =0.064,P =0.168)。结论新生儿脐血 HbA1 c可用于监测新生儿血糖水平,确定其参考区间对临床有重要指导意义。

목적:탐토정상신생인당화혈홍단백(HbA1 c )적삼고구간。방법사용친화층석법검측1003례정상신생인제혈표본 HbA1 c의학삼고구간안 P2.5~P97.5계산。결과신생인제혈 HbA1 c 정정편태분포,중위수위3.80%;95%의학삼고치위3.46%~4.25%;신생인성별、분면방식대 HbA1 c결과무명현영향(P >0.05);신생인제혈 HbA1 c 여신생인혈당수평정정상관(r =0.118,P =0.028),여신생인체중무명현상관성(r =0.064,P =0.168)。결론신생인제혈 HbA1 c가용우감측신생인혈당수평,학정기삼고구간대림상유중요지도의의。
Objective To investigate the reference range of neonatal glycosylated hemoglobin A1 c (HbA1 c ). Methods A total of 1 003 healthy infants were enrolled,and their blood samples from umbilical cord were collected. HbA1 c levels were determined by affinity chromatography,and were calculated according to P2.5 -P97.5 .Results The HbA1 c levels showed a positive skewness distribution.The median of HbA1 c levels was 3.80%.The 95% reference ranges for HbA1 c levels were 3.46%-4.25%.There was no significant influence of infants′sex and delivery ways on HbA1 c levels (P >0.05).There was a positive correlation between HbA1 c levels and the blood glucose of infants (r =0.1 1 8,P =0.028)and no correlation with the weight of infants (r =0.064,P =0.1 68).Conclusions HbA1 c levels can help for monitoring the blood glucose of infants,and the reference range has an important significance in clinic.
