教师培训是提升教师专业发展的有效途径,培训结束后需要对教师提供持续的支持服务,目的是促进教师培训迁移完成教师个体知识建构。该文从远程教育“持续关注”理论的视角,结合培训迁移影响因素,从设施、资源、人员与信息、组织、评价五个方面对教师培训迁移支持服务需要进行调查研究。研究发现,教师对培训迁移支持服务存在着多方面需要,各方面需要内容多样化且差异较大,组织服务中学校信息化领导力需要明显,人员与信息服务需要与现状严重失衡,人员与信息服务及评价服务中教师缺乏主动性。最后,根据教师的需要分析给出了实施教师培训迁移支持服务几点建议,希望为培训机构、学校实施支持服务提供参考,对教师培训效果的提升有所裨益。

Teacher training is an effective way to enhance the professional development of teachers. After the training, providing continue support services for teachers is needed. The aim is to promote the trainees’ training transfer;teachers’ individual knowledge is constructed. In this paper, based on continuity of concern theory in distance education and training transfer factors, the needs of training transfer support services for teacher is investigated, the survey includes facilities, resources, personnel and information, organization, evaluation ifve aspects. The study found, ifrstly, the needs of teachers’ training transfer support services are diversity, and the contents of the various needs are different. Secondly, in the organization service, the needs of information technology capabilities of school leaders are evident. Thirdly, the needs and current situation of personnel and information services is a serious imbalance. Finally, in the needs of personnel and information, evaluation service, teachers are the lack of initiative. According to teachers’ needs analysis, suggestions of teachers’ training transfer support services are given.
