在分析系统不同等效惯量和阻尼对电网频率影响的基础上,提出了基于模糊比例-微分(proportional differential, PD)控制的含飞轮储能单元的永磁直驱风电机组频率调节控制策略,以动态调节电网等效惯量和阻尼。建立了系统小信号稳定性模型,以确定模糊PD控制器的输出论域,并通过相应仿真验证了理论分析的正确性。通过对1台含飞轮储能单元的2 MW永磁直驱风电系统进行仿真研究表明,所提控制策略能辅助电网频率调节,减小电网受扰动后的频率波动,有助于增强电网的频率稳定性。

On the basis of analyzing the impacts of different equivalent inertial and damping on power grid frequency, a fuzzy proportional differential (PD) control based frequency regulation and control strategy for direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator equipped with a flywheel energy storage unit is proposed to dynamically adjust equivalent inertia and damping of power grid. A small signal stability model of power grid is established to determine the output universe of discourse of PD controller, and the correctness of theoretical analysis is validated by results of corresponding simulation. The simulation results of a direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous generator based wind power generation system with capacity of 2 MW, in which a flywheel energy storage unit is equipped with, show that the proposed control strategy can play an auxiliary control role in power grid frequency regulation and the post-disturbance power grid frequency fluctuation can be decreased, so it contributes to enhance the frequency stability of power grid.
