目的：探讨肝癌射频消融术围手术期肝功能变化及有效的护理手段。方法：选取2012年3月到2014年3月我院收治的80例接受射频消融术治疗的肝癌患者，对患者围手术期的肝功能指标进行动态监测，观察患者围手术期肝功能的变化情况，并采用有效的护理方法对围术期患者进行护理。结果：80例肝癌患者均成功通过手术治疗，肝癌患者射频消融术围术期肝功能指标变化较术前差异显著（P＜0．05），术后早期患者的肝功能指标出现减退现象。在对肝癌患者进行有效护理后，患者均顺利出院，护理有效率为100％。结论：在对肝癌患者进行有效的护理后，可以防止和减少术后并发症，减轻患者的痛苦，提高患者的生存质量以及延长患者的生存期，值得临床护理的推广使用。

목적：탐토간암사빈소융술위수술기간공능변화급유효적호리수단。방법：선취2012년3월도2014년3월아원수치적80례접수사빈소융술치료적간암환자，대환자위수술기적간공능지표진행동태감측，관찰환자위수술기간공능적변화정황，병채용유효적호리방법대위술기환자진행호리。결과：80례간암환자균성공통과수술치료，간암환자사빈소융술위술기간공능지표변화교술전차이현저（P＜0．05），술후조기환자적간공능지표출현감퇴현상。재대간암환자진행유효호리후，환자균순리출원，호리유효솔위100％。결론：재대간암환자진행유효적호리후，가이방지화감소술후병발증，감경환자적통고，제고환자적생존질량이급연장환자적생존기，치득림상호리적추엄사용。
Objective:Explore the radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer perioperative liver function change and effective nursing measures.Methods:se-lect 2012 to our hospital in March 2014 to March 80 patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation treatment of liver cancer patients,liver function index of patients with perioperative dynamic monitoring,observing the change of perioperative patients with liver function,and USES the effective nursing meth-ods in perioperative patients for nursing care.Results:80 cases of liver cancer patients were successfully treated by surgery,perioperative period in patients with radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer liver function indicators in the preoperative significant difference (P<0.05),patients with early postoperative liver function index decreased.After the effective nursing in patients with liver cancer patients were successfully discharged from the hospital,nursing effec-tive rate was 100%.Conclusion:after the effective nursing in patients with liver cancer,can prevent and reduce the postoperative complications,relieve the suffering of the patients,improve patient's quality of life and prolong the patient's survival,is worthy of clinical nursing promotion use.
