目的：探讨医用无菌超声耦合剂在妇科腔道超声检查中的应用。方法：72例患者随机分组，试验组使用德州海利安生物科技股份有限公司生产的医用无菌超声耦合剂，对照组使用其他厂家生产的医用消毒超声耦合剂。结果：试验组的图像清晰度、舒适度、抑菌效果与对照组相比较，试验组优于对照组。结论：对于妇科腔道超声检查，医用无菌超声耦合剂图像清晰度高，患者舒适度高，抑菌效果好，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토의용무균초성우합제재부과강도초성검사중적응용。방법：72례환자수궤분조，시험조사용덕주해리안생물과기고빈유한공사생산적의용무균초성우합제，대조조사용기타엄가생산적의용소독초성우합제。결과：시험조적도상청석도、서괄도、억균효과여대조조상비교，시험조우우대조조。결론：대우부과강도초성검사，의용무균초성우합제도상청석도고，환자서괄도고，억균효과호，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To discuss the application of the Medical Sterile Ultrasonic Couplant in the gynecological cavity ultrasound.Methods:Seventy-two patients were randomized,the test group using the medical sterilization ultrasound coupling agent produced by Dezhou Hailian Biological Technology Co., ltd,the control group using the medical sterilization ultrasound coupling agent produced by the other manufactures.Results:Compared with the control group,the test group was better than the control group in the image clarity,comfort,and Inhibitory effect.Conclusion:Because of the high-image clarity, high comfort and good Inhibitory effect of the applycation in the gynecological cavity ultrasound,the Medical Sterile Ultrasonic Couplant was worthy to ad-vance.
