目的:探讨溴己新在肺癌围手术期患者中应用对肺部保护的临床作用。方法:选择科室100例肺癌围手术期患者按数学随机方法分为普通组和治疗组,各50例,治疗组在普通组常规治疗基础上使用溴己新治疗,对比肺部并发症、血气指标及住院时间。结果:治疗组治疗后 PaO2为(93.01±11.88) mmHg,PaCO2为(35.12±4.58)mmHg,改善明显优于普通组;治疗组发生7例并发症(11.67%),低于普通组,对比差异有统计学意义(X2=9.334,P=0.024);治疗组住院时间为(11.94±5.29)d,短于普通组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=8.482,P=0.029)。结论:肺癌围手术期患者应用溴己新可以降低肺部并发症发生率,改善肺部功能并缩短住院时间。

Objective:To investigate bromhexine in lung cancer surgery for lung protection way clinical effects of surgery in patients applications.Meth-ods:100 cases of lung cancer surgery department of perioperative patients were randomly divided into general mathematical group and treatment group,50 cases in each treatment group using bromhexine therapy in general,based on the conventional treatment group,compared to pulmonary complications,blood gas analysis and hospitalization time.Results:After treatment PaO2 was (93.01±11.88)mmHg,PaCO2 was (35.12±4.58)mmHg,improving signifi-cantly better than the normal group;treatment group seven cases of complications (14.0%),lower than the normal group,compared to the difference there was statistically significant (X2=8.768,P=0.032);treatment group hospitalization time was (11.94±5.29)d,shorter than the normal group,the differ-ence was statistically significant contrast (t=8.482,P=0.029).Conclusions:perioperative lung cancer surgery in patients with bromhexine can reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications,improve lung function and reduce hospitalization time.
