对矿热炉低压无功补偿原理进行分析,提出了新型短网无功补偿系统方案,并进行了节电理论计算。理论与实践证明,以新型复合投切开关、电容器循环投切的低压无功补偿技术能够解决现有矿热炉无功补偿投切开关数量多、寿命短等不可靠问题,同时有效提高矿热炉功率因数,降低短网损耗,最终为高耗能企业带来明显的经济效益与社会效益。
對礦熱爐低壓無功補償原理進行分析,提齣瞭新型短網無功補償繫統方案,併進行瞭節電理論計算。理論與實踐證明,以新型複閤投切開關、電容器循環投切的低壓無功補償技術能夠解決現有礦熱爐無功補償投切開關數量多、壽命短等不可靠問題,同時有效提高礦熱爐功率因數,降低短網損耗,最終為高耗能企業帶來明顯的經濟效益與社會效益。

This article analyzed the low voltage reactive power compensation principle of submerged arc furnace and proposed new short net program of reactive power compensation system,and made the theoretical calculations.The theory and practice prove that to use the composite switching switch,capacitor switching cycle of low voltage reactive compensation technology can solve the problems such as the existing arc furnace reactive power compensation switching switch is too many and its life is too short.Simultaneously,it can effectively improve the submerged arc furnace production efficiency,reduce short net loss,and ultimately bring significant social and economic benefits for high-energy-intensive users.
