针对锂离子电池使用过程中的能量不均衡现象,提出了结构简单、不受电池数量限制且易于模块化的能量均衡方法。通过 Simulink 仿真,验证了该方法的正确性和可行性,并根据需要均衡的电池数量和DC-DC变换器的效率关系,讨论了电池组能量均衡的控制策略,从而得出能量均衡的条件。试验证明,提出的能量均衡方法能很好地减少电池组中各电池的不一致性,实现整个电池组能量输出最大化。

According to the phenomenon of energy unbalancing of lithium-ion batteries in using,a balancing method,which owns a simple structure was put forward.The structure allows a large number of batteries and is good for modularization.Correctness and feasibility were proved by Simulink.According to the relationship between the number of batteries and efficiency of DC-DC converter,the control strategy of energy balancing was discussed and the conditions of energy balancing were obtained.The experiment shows that energy of each battery will be uniform and the batteries will export the most energy by the method.
