基于两级式三相逆变器,详细分析了效率计算方法,针对逆变器第二级电路提出了在准最优SVPWM和开关损耗最小SVPWM调制方式下的损耗计算方法。理论计算了10 kW/380 V的逆变器系统不同输入电压、不同调制方式下的系统效率和各部分损耗。最后在实际的逆变器系统中对相关理论分析进行了试验验证,结果验证了提出计算方法的正确性。

This paper takes a two-stage three-phase inverter as an example.Firstly,the efficiency calculating method is analyzed in detail for the inverter,and the power loss calculation methods are proposed for the second stage under the quasi optimal SVPWM and minimum switching power losses SVPWM.Secondly,a 10kW/380V inverter system is designed.The system efficiency and the power losses for every part are theoretically calculated under different input voltage and different modulation methods.Finally,the demonstrative experiments are performed to prove the theoretic analysis.
