研究了复合酶法提取酸枣仁中皂苷A与皂苷B的最优工艺,以酸枣仁皂苷A与皂苷B的提取率为检测指标,采用正交试验设计,对酶解温度、酶解pH值、酶活力和酶解时间4个主要因素进行了优选。结果表明,在工艺条件温度为40℃、pH值为5.0、纤维素酶与果胶酶用量均为30 U/g、酶解时间为5 h时,酸枣仁皂苷A与皂苷B的提取率最高。
研究瞭複閤酶法提取痠棘仁中皂苷A與皂苷B的最優工藝,以痠棘仁皂苷A與皂苷B的提取率為檢測指標,採用正交試驗設計,對酶解溫度、酶解pH值、酶活力和酶解時間4箇主要因素進行瞭優選。結果錶明,在工藝條件溫度為40℃、pH值為5.0、纖維素酶與果膠酶用量均為30 U/g、酶解時間為5 h時,痠棘仁皂苷A與皂苷B的提取率最高。
연구료복합매법제취산조인중조감A여조감B적최우공예,이산조인조감A여조감B적제취솔위검측지표,채용정교시험설계,대매해온도、매해pH치、매활력화매해시간4개주요인소진행료우선。결과표명,재공예조건온도위40℃、pH치위5.0、섬유소매여과효매용량균위30 U/g、매해시간위5 h시,산조인조감A여조감B적제취솔최고。
The optimal process of the extraction of jujuboside A and jujuboside B by composite enzyme method was studied,taking jujuboside A and jujuboside B extraction rate as index,using orthogonal experimental design method,the hydrolysis temperature,hydrolysis pH value,enzyme activity and enzymatic hydrolysis time 4 main factors were selected.The results showed that,the extraction rate of jujuboside A and jujuboside B is highest under the conditions that temperature was 40℃,pH value was 5.0,cellulase and pectinase dosage both were 30 U/g,enzymolysis time was 5 h.
