目的：观察翼状胬肉撕除联合球结膜移植及丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法将69例（69眼）患者随机分为三组，A组行单纯翼状胬肉撕除术；B组为翼状胬肉撕除联合应用丝裂霉素C；C组为翼状胬肉撕除联合应用丝裂霉素C及球结膜移植术。术后观察角膜创面、移植片情况、术后并发症及胬肉复发情况。结果 A组23眼有6只眼复发（26.09%）；B组23眼有3只眼复发（13.04%）；C组23眼有1只眼复发（4.35%）复发率。C组与A组、B组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。角膜创面愈合三组差异无统计学意义（P >0.05)。结论翼状胬肉撕除联合球结膜移植及丝裂霉素C是一种安全有效的治疗翼状胬肉的方法，且复发率低。
목적：관찰익상노육시제연합구결막이식급사렬매소C치료익상노육적효과。방법장69례（69안）환자수궤분위삼조，A조행단순익상노육시제술；B조위익상노육시제연합응용사렬매소C；C조위익상노육시제연합응용사렬매소C급구결막이식술。술후관찰각막창면、이식편정황、술후병발증급노육복발정황。결과 A조23안유6지안복발（26.09%）；B조23안유3지안복발（13.04%）；C조23안유1지안복발（4.35%）복발솔。C조여A조、B조비교，차이균구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。각막창면유합삼조차이무통계학의의（P >0.05)。결론익상노육시제연합구결막이식급사렬매소C시일충안전유효적치료익상노육적방법，차복발솔저。
Objetive To assess the efficacy of pterygium excision combining with bulbar conjunctival autograft and use of mitomycin C. Methods 69 patients (69 eyes) of pterygium were divided into 3 groups. Group A, simple excision surgery; group B, excision with the use of mitomycin C; group C, excision combining with conjunctival autograft and use of mitomycin C. Corneal epithelium healing, grafted conjunctiva and the rate of pterygium recurrence were observed postoperatively. Results 26.09%(6 eyes)recurred in group A (23 eyes); 13.04%(3 eyes) recurred in group B(23 eyes); 4.35%(1 eye) recurred in group C(23 eyes);The rate of pterygium recurrence was significant different between group C and the other two groups (P<0.05), there was no significant difference about corneal epithelium healing among the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Pterygium excision combining with conjunctival autograft and the use of mitomycin C is a safe and effective surgical option for treating pterygium.
