建立了辣椒和土壤样品中苯醚甲环唑残留量的快速检测方法,样品于分液漏斗中用正己烷萃取,振荡提取3次,浓缩后正己烷定容,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测,外标法定量。结果表明:正己烷提取辣椒和土壤中苯醚甲环唑效果较好,无需净化可以直接上机检测。该方法在苯醚甲环唑添加量为0.01~1.00 mg/L范围内线性相关性良好,R2=0.9971,最低检出限为0.0025 mg/kg。在添加水平为0.01~1.00 mg/kg中,辣椒在3个添加水平下的苯醚甲环唑回收率为83.8%~102.2%,相对标准偏差为3.9%~4.9%;土壤在3个添加水平下的苯醚甲环唑回收率为83.7%~104.4%,相对标准偏差为6.7%~8.4%。它具有高效率、低成本、高灵敏度、定量准确等优点。

A rapid analytical method was developed for the determination of difenoconazole residue in pepper by gas chromatography(GC).The difenoconazole was extracted by n-hexane in a separatory funnel,and oscillation and extracting for 3 times,then determined by GC-ECD with external standard method.The results showed that n-hexane used as extract solvent was favorable for the extraction of difenoconazole without purification.A good linearity ranged from 0.01~1.00 mg/L was obtained and the correlation coefficient was 0.997 1.The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.002 5 mg/kg.The average recovery of difenoeonazole in pepper and soil was 83.8%~102.2%and 83.7%~104.4%,respectively at three spiked levels.The corresponding relation standard deviation(RSD)was 3.9%~4.9%and 6.7%~8.4%,respectively.Compared with the other methods,this method has the advantages of high efficiency,low cost,high sensitivity,accurate etc..
