基于应用技术大学建设的大背景，分析建设应用技术大学目标对人才工作提出的新要求，提出进一步实施人才强校战略的路径及具体措施，即：更新观念，牢固树立科学的人才观；体制创新，可以探索建立有利于人才队伍建设的新机制；突出重点，建设高水平的教学科研团队伍。

The new demands for talent enhancement work in the macro-background of fostering ap-plied technical universities are analysed.The routes to implement the strategy for strengthening the universities by enhancing talented faculty as well as the concrete approaches are advanced.The routes and approaches include updating the personnel conception to hammer a scientific vision of tal-ent;developing personnel system and mechanisms favourable for constructing talent team;highlight-ing the construction of high caliber faculty.
