目的:探讨分化抑制因子-1(Id-1)蛋白在肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化二步法检测76例 RCCC 组织、29例癌旁正常组织中 Id-1蛋白的表达情况,分析 Id-1蛋白与患者临床病理特征及术后生存率之间的关系。结果 Id-1在 RCCC 组织和癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为90.8%、17.2%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且Id-1的表达程度与肿瘤的病理分级、TNM 分期相关(P <0.05),但与患者性别、年龄、有无复发等无明显相关性(P >0.05);生存分析显示 Id-1表达阳性和阴性患者的5年生存率分别为23.5%、56.0%,两组生存率差异有统计学意义(P =0.017)。结论 Id-1的表达在 RCCC 中增高,Id-1阳性患者的预后较差,Id-1可作为 RCCC 诊断和预后判断的有效辅助指标。

Objective Study the expression of Id-1 protein in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC) and analyze the clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry were used to detect the level of Id-1 protein in 76 RCCC tissues and 29 normal renal tissues.The relationship between Id-1 expression level and clinical pathological data were analyzed.Survival analyses was carried in Kaplan-Meier method. Re-sults The expression level of Id-1 protein in RCCC and normal renal tissues were 90.8%,1 7.2%respectively,they had significant difference (P < 0.05 ).Positive rates of Id-1 was correlated with the pathological grade and clinical stages of RCCC (P <0.05),but not with age,sex,and recurrence (P >0.05).The five-year survival rate of Id-1-positive and negative patients was 23.5%,56.0% re-spectively,the two groups had significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of Id-1 is higher in RCCC tissues,the prognosis of Id-1-positive patients were poor,Id-1 may be a use-ful biomarker for diagnosing,treating RCCC and evaluating its prognosis.
