目的：探讨喜炎平治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴高热的临床效果。方法选择120例上呼吸道感染伴高热患儿随机分为两组，各60例。对照组采用利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注＋常规治疗；观察组采用喜炎平注射液静脉滴注＋常规治疗。对比两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为96．67％，高于对照组的75．00％（ P ＜0．01）；观察组退热时间、咽喉肿痛及咳嗽缓解时间均短于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；两组患儿均未出现严重药物不良反应。结论喜炎平治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴高热疗效显著，能够快速退热，迅速改善其临床症状，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토희염평치료소인상호흡도감염반고열적림상효과。방법선택120례상호흡도감염반고열환인수궤분위량조，각60례。대조조채용리파위림주사액정맥적주＋상규치료；관찰조채용희염평주사액정맥적주＋상규치료。대비량조치료효과급불량반응정황。결과관찰조환인치료총유효솔위96．67％，고우대조조적75．00％（ P ＜0．01）；관찰조퇴열시간、인후종통급해수완해시간균단우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；량조환인균미출현엄중약물불량반응。결론희염평치료소인상호흡도감염반고열료효현저，능구쾌속퇴열，신속개선기림상증상，차불량반응소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of Xiyanping injection in treating upper respiratory tract infection and fever.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of respiratory tract infection and fever children patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was treated with ribavirin injection and observation group was given Xiyanping injection for treatment.To compare the clinical treatment effect of children patients in the two groups.Results The total ef-fective rate for observation group was 96.6%and higher than 75.00%of the control group( P <0.01).The recession time of major clinical symptoms for the observation group was superior to the control group’ s( P <0.01) .There were no serious adverse drug reac-tions between the two groups.Conclusion Xiyanping injection has fewer side effects and definite effects,and is worthy in clinical ap-plication.
