目的：探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术患者术后主视眼变化情况。方法选取200例行双眼白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术患者，在术前及术后3个月时分别行主视眼检查，并分析结果。结果术后3个月时右侧、左侧主视眼转变率为25．62％（31／121）、22．78％（18／79），两组比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；术前主视眼矫正视力高于非主视眼（ P ＜0．01），等效球径值高于非主视眼（ P ＜0．01）；术后主视眼、非主视眼矫正视力均较术前明显提高（ P ＜0．01），等效球径值较术前升高（ P ＜0．01），术后3个月时主视眼与非主视眼矫正视力、等效球径值比较差异均无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；3个月时主视眼发生转变与未发生转变的患者不同空间频率时对比敏感度无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。结论白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术患者部分术后主视眼会发生转变，主视眼转变对视觉质量无明显影响。
목적：탐토백내장초성유화인공정상체식입술환자술후주시안변화정황。방법선취200례행쌍안백내장초성유화인공정체식입술환자，재술전급술후3개월시분별행주시안검사，병분석결과。결과술후3개월시우측、좌측주시안전변솔위25．62％（31／121）、22．78％（18／79），량조비교차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）；술전주시안교정시력고우비주시안（ P ＜0．01），등효구경치고우비주시안（ P ＜0．01）；술후주시안、비주시안교정시력균교술전명현제고（ P ＜0．01），등효구경치교술전승고（ P ＜0．01），술후3개월시주시안여비주시안교정시력、등효구경치비교차이균무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）；3개월시주시안발생전변여미발생전변적환자불동공간빈솔시대비민감도무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）。결론백내장초성유화인공정상체식입술환자부분술후주시안회발생전변，주시안전변대시각질량무명현영향。
Objective Explore the changes of patient’s dominant eye after cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery.Methods Select 200 cataract ultrasonic emulsificationimplantation patients, examine them before 3-month of op-eration and after 3-month of operation, analyze the results.Results 3 months after surgery, the right side and the left side of the domi-nant eye change at a rate of 25.61%and 22.78%,there is n significant statistical difference( P >0.05).Preoperative corrected visual acuity of dominant eye is higher than the non-dominant eye( P <0.01),preoperative diopter of dominant eye is under the non-domi-nant eye( P <0.01) .Compared postoperative corrected visual acuity of dominant eye and the non-dominant eye with preoperative cor-rected visual acuity of dominant eye and the non-dominant eye, the postoperative corrected visual acuity of dominant eye increased sig-nificantly( P <0.01),the preoperative corrected visual acuity of dominant eye decreased( P <0.01),after 3-montoperation, there is no difference between the vision correction and diopter of dominant eye and non-dominant eye( P >0.05).After 3 months, there is no difference between the spatial frequency contrast sensitivity of the patients of dominant eye changed and the patients of dominant eye un-changed( P >0.05).Conclusion Part of patients’ dominant eye will shift after cataract ultrasonic emulsification implantation surger-y.Dominant eye change has no obvious effect on visual quality.
