目的:探讨低强度脉冲超声(LIPUS)对大鼠糖尿病周围神经病(DPN)模型中坐骨神经中转录因子p53表达的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和LIPUS组。链脲佐菌素腹腔注射制备实验DPN大鼠模型,LIPUS组以低强度脉冲超声进行体外治疗,造模后4周检测各组血糖及坐骨神经传导速度,实时荧光定量PCR检测坐骨神经P53 mRNA表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组和LIPUS组血糖显著增高,神经传导速度显著降低,坐骨神经p53 mRNA表达增加( P<0.05)。与模型组比较,LIPUS组神经传导速度显著增高,坐骨神经P53 mRNA表达显著下降( P<0.05)。结论:低强度脉冲超声可通过抑制受损神经中轴突抑制因子P53表达,促进糖尿病周围神经病坐骨神经功能恢复。

목적:탐토저강도맥충초성(LIPUS)대대서당뇨병주위신경병(DPN)모형중좌골신경중전록인자p53표체적영향。방법:대서수궤분위정상조、모형조화LIPUS조。련뇨좌균소복강주사제비실험DPN대서모형,LIPUS조이저강도맥충초성진행체외치료,조모후4주검측각조혈당급좌골신경전도속도,실시형광정량PCR검측좌골신경P53 mRNA표체。결과:여정상조비교,모형조화LIPUS조혈당현저증고,신경전도속도현저강저,좌골신경p53 mRNA표체증가( P<0.05)。여모형조비교,LIPUS조신경전도속도현저증고,좌골신경P53 mRNA표체현저하강( P<0.05)。결론:저강도맥충초성가통과억제수손신경중축돌억제인자P53표체,촉진당뇨병주위신경병좌골신경공능회복。
Objective:To investigate the effects of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound( LIPUS) on the expression of p53 in the sciatic nerve in rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN) .Methods:The Rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, LIPUS group.The rat model of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was established with streptozotocin peritoneal injection method.LIPUS group were treated by low intensity pulsed ultrasound.4 weeks after modeling, the blood sugar and conduction velocity of sciatic nerve were measured, the mRNA expression of p53 in the sciatic nerve was detected with RT-PCR.Results:Compared with normal group, the blood sugar was increased and the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve was decreased in model group and LIPUS group (P<0.05), the mRNA expression of p53 in sciatic nerve was increased (P<0.05).And the conduction velocity in LIPUS group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.05), while the mRNA expression of p53 in sciatic nerve was increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Low intensity pulsed ultrasound could promote the nerve functional recovery of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by decreasing expression of p53 in the injured nerve.
