改变再生粗骨料掺量、粉煤灰掺量、水胶比等参数,研究不同配合比对再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力的影响规律。试验结果表明,降低水胶比对再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能有利;再生混凝土氯离子迁移系数随着再生粗骨料替代率的增大而增大,抗氯离子渗透性能下降。掺加粉煤灰可以改善再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能,对于早龄期再生混凝土粉煤灰掺量在10%~20%之间为宜。

By changing some elements such as dosage of recycled coarse aggregate ,content of ash and water-cement ratio , we study the effect of different mix proportions on the chloride penetration resistance of recycled concrete .Experimental result shows that the reduction of water-cement ratio is beneficial to the chloride penetration resistance performance of recycled concrete ,and the chloride transport coefficient of recycled concrete increases with the rise of replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate but the chloride penetration resistance decreases .Addition of ash can improve the chloride penetration resistance performance of recycled concrete ,and the content of ash in early-age recycled concrete may be between 10% and 20% .
