以金属磁记忆检测机理为基础,提出关于建筑钢结构早期微裂纹缺陷的磁记忆识别机理模型。采用拉伸试验研究了Q235典型建筑钢在静载作用下的磁记忆效应,利用WT10B数字高斯计获得了不同加载阶段的磁场信号。发现法向磁场与外荷载存在一定的对应关系,法向磁场强度及其梯度可用来对试件的危险区域进行定位,磁场梯度最大值可用来判断试件的危险时刻。表明磁记忆是钢结构早期隐性损伤安全诊断的有效方法。

Based on the mechanism of metal magnetic memory testing , the early micro crac damage of mag-netic memory testing model for building steel structure are proposed .The magnetic memory effect of typical structure steel Q235-steel under static-load were studied , and magnetic field signal of different loading stages were measured by WT10B digital gauss meter.The results show that there are some correlation relationship be-tween the normal magnetic field and the loads .The normal magnetic field intensity and the gradient can be used to locate hazardous area of specimens , the dangerous moment can be judged by the maximum magnetic field gradient .The research indicate that the magnetic memory testing is an effective method for diagnosing the early implicit damage of building steel structure .
