以底框砌体结构房屋为研究对象,建立有限元分析模型,对结构施加调幅后的EI-CENTRO地震波进行大震作用下结构的弹塑性时程分析;并通过添加抗震墙,建立底部框剪有限元分析模型,对比分析了添加抗震墙前后结构裂缝变化趋势。分析结果表明:原结构底层框架部分出现严重的弹塑性变形集中,层间位移大,层间位移角不能满足现行规范的抗震设防要求;底层柱上下端、过渡层横墙下部附近是结构薄弱环节;添加抗震墙后结构底层位移反应减小,但过渡层层间位移增大,墙体也比原结构开裂严重,在第三层出现了类似原结构过渡层的交叉裂缝,说明了需要合理添加抗震墙以防薄弱层发生转移。研究结果可为此类房屋的破坏机理研究及抗震性能评价提供技术参考。

Taking the house of bottom frame masonry structure as a study object a finite element model is es -tablished this paper uses EI-CENTRO seismic waves after amplituding and undertakes structural elastic-plastic analysis under a rare earthquake is performed .Meanwhile , by adding shear walls a finite element model of bot-tom frame-shear masonry structure was established and crack development before and after adding shear walls was compared .The analysis result shows:the bottom frame of the original structure induces serious concentra-tion of elastic-plastic deformation and the angle of displacement cannot meet the demand of earthquake fortifi -cation in current code;the ends of the bottom frame column the lower part of the cross wall in the transition layer are weak components of this structure; after adding shear walls , the bottom floor displacement reaction decreases , but the transition layer displacement reaction increases;cross cracks in the third layer are similar to the transition layer of the original structure , which indicates the need to add reasonable shear walls .
