根据加热炉内辐射平衡关系,建立炉内辐射模型,计算产品温度;在此基础上,分析热电偶温度和布料密度等因素对产品加热温度的影响。分析结果表明,当热电偶安装位置不同、布料密度发生改变时,加热工艺需要进行相应的调整,才能满足产品加热要求。
根據加熱爐內輻射平衡關繫,建立爐內輻射模型,計算產品溫度;在此基礎上,分析熱電偶溫度和佈料密度等因素對產品加熱溫度的影響。分析結果錶明,噹熱電偶安裝位置不同、佈料密度髮生改變時,加熱工藝需要進行相應的調整,纔能滿足產品加熱要求。

Based on the radiation balance relationship in the furnace, the radiation model is estab-lished to calculate the temperature of products. The influence of thermocouple temperature and prod-uct placement density on the heating temperature of products is analyzed on this basis,and the results show that when thermocouple installation location or product placement density changes,the heating process needs to be adjusted accordingly to meet the heating requirements of products.
