测定中药柿蒂中总三萜酸的含量,以药材中指标性成分熊果酸为对照品,采用5%香草醛-冰醋酸、高氯酸显色后,分光光度法测定柿蒂提取液中总三萜酸的含量.结果显示:三萜酸含量在2.32-16.24μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,其回归方程为:A=0.0567C+0.000286,r=0.9985.柿蒂中总三萜酸含量为5.93%,加样回收率平均为103.09%.该法操作简便,重现性好,结果可靠,可用于柿蒂药材中三萜酸成分的质量控制.

The content of triterpenoidic acid in Kaki calyx is determined. With ursolic acid as the reference ,5%vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as the developer ,the spectrophotometric method is used for determining the triterpenoidic acid in Kaki calyx. Results show that the calibration curve is linear (r=0.9985) in the range of 2.32~16.24μg/mL,and that the regression equation is A=0.0567C+0.000286. The content of triterpenoidic acid in Kaki calyx is about 5. 93%and the average recovery is 103.09%. Therefore,the method is simple,accurate and repro-ducible,and it could be used for monitoring the quality of triterpenoidic acid in Kaki calyx.
