建立了射流管伺服阀力矩马达组件的随机振动动力学模型。通过模态分析和有限元分析,得到了力矩马达组件各部件的随机振动响应功率谱密度、应变和应力值。结果表明:最大位移发生在反馈杆的末端,最大应力发生在弹簧片内环圆角处。
建立瞭射流管伺服閥力矩馬達組件的隨機振動動力學模型。通過模態分析和有限元分析,得到瞭力矩馬達組件各部件的隨機振動響應功率譜密度、應變和應力值。結果錶明:最大位移髮生在反饋桿的末耑,最大應力髮生在彈簧片內環圓角處。

The mathematic model of jet pipe servo valve torque motor assembly working in random vibration is de-veloped in this paper. Through modal analysis and finite element analysis, the response of the power spectral densi-ty, strain and stress of the torque motor assembly are obtained. The results show that the maximum displacement oc-curs at the end of the lever and the maximum stress occurs in the inner fillet of the spring plate. The results are of certain reference to the vibration test, product design and analysis of the jet-pipe servo valve.
