目的：探讨检伤分类训练模式对创伤外科护士救援能力培养中的作用。方法将参加过灾害救援或培训的护士及未参加过的护士分为A、B两组，模拟培训采用结构化的模拟伤员和典型伤情两种训练工具，以桌面推演的方式进行，培训对象完成收容分类过程并填写军用制式伤票，比较培训前后判断正确率。结果参加模拟培训和未培评估对象为创伤中心护士共30名，分为A、B两组，每组15名。未培训前， A组护士正确率明显好于B组P＝0.00049＜0.05，差异有统计学差异，而培训后B组护士接近于有经验的A组护士，总分P＝0.37差异没有统计学意义。结论重视结构化检伤分类模拟训练，不失为灾害医疗救援准备工作中护理人员培训的一种快捷方法，有利于快速提高其灾害救援中批量伤员处置能力。

Objective To explore the role of triage training mode in the capability building of nurses in the medical rescue of trauma surgery.Methods Nurses were divided into two groups (group A,group B) depending on their experience of disaster rescue and training .Such two training models of simulated casualties and typical inju-ry were adopted in simulation training .Desktop maneuvers were conducted . All nurses did triage and filled the standard military tags .Accurate rates before and after the training were compared .Results The 30 nurses includ-ed into the training and evaluation were from the trauma surgery and divided into A and B groups ,with 15 in each group.The accurate rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (P=0.00049<0.05),with sta-tistical significance .After training,the accuracy of the group B was close to that of the experienced group A ( P=0.37),without significant difference .Conclusion Organized simulation triage training should be attached impor-tance .It can be employed to rapidly promote the nurses'medical rescue capability and improve their disposal ability of mass casualties .
