数控机床进给伺服系统是一个复杂的机电耦合系统。由于具有较强的时变参数特性、负载扰动和电机的非线性,很难给出控制系统的精确模型。基于数控机床进给伺服系统的数学模型,提出一种模糊自适应PID控制器的设计方法。将该控制器应用于数控机床进给伺服系统控制,可获得良好的控制性能。仿真结果表明:该方法不仅具有无静态失真,而且响应速度快、超调小。这种模糊自适应PID控制器具有较高的稳定性和精度。
數控機床進給伺服繫統是一箇複雜的機電耦閤繫統。由于具有較彊的時變參數特性、負載擾動和電機的非線性,很難給齣控製繫統的精確模型。基于數控機床進給伺服繫統的數學模型,提齣一種模糊自適應PID控製器的設計方法。將該控製器應用于數控機床進給伺服繫統控製,可穫得良好的控製性能。倣真結果錶明:該方法不僅具有無靜態失真,而且響應速度快、超調小。這種模糊自適應PID控製器具有較高的穩定性和精度。

The feed servo system of CNC machine tool is a complex electromechanical coupling system. Due to the characteristics of time-varying parameters,load disturbances and motor nonlinear,it is difficult to model for the control system accurately. A fuzzy a-daptive PID controller was designed based on the mathematical model of the CNC machine tool feed servo system. The controller was applied to control the feed servo system and better control performance was gained. The simulation results show that this method not on-ly has no static distortion,but also has a fast response with little overshoot. This fuzzy adaptive PID controller has high stability and ac-curacy.
