从简化液压式挖掘机操作的角度出发,以液压式挖掘机单杆操作系统为研究对象,分析了系统的组成,确定了系统的硬件结构,完成了系统的软件设计,合理地选择了采样周期,确定主控制模块中角度控制算法,编制了操作系统的控制图和程序流程图,并采用了一系列抗干扰措施,为简化液压式挖掘机的操作提供了一种新的可能性。

Taking the single-pole operating system of the hydraulic excavator as the study object,from the point of simplifying the excavator operation,the system components were analyzed to determine the system’s hardware architecture&software design,and the sampling period was chosen reasonably,the main control method was determined,the control chart&flowchart of the operating system were prepared,and a series of anti-jamming measures were adopted. It provides a new possibility for simplifying the operation of the hydraulic excavator.
