針對熱水器容器脈遲壓力檢測的需求,提齣基于PLC控製的雙蓄能器結構脈遲壓力檢測繫統。對檢測繫統原理、結構和軟硬件設計進行詳細闡述的同時,給齣瞭相應的檢測流程。繫統具有能耗低、可靠性高,檢測結果一緻性好、準確度高的特點。

For the impulse pressure test of water heater container,an impulse pressure test system including double accumulators based on PLC was put forward. Not only principle and structure of the test system,but also hardware and software design of the system were illustrated. At the same time,the test process was given. The system has the advantages of low energy consumption,high reliabil-ity,good consistency of test results,and high accuracy.
