对于船用发动机,曲轴的质量直接影响其整体寿命。在大型半组合式船用曲轴的加工过程中,作为最终工序的整体精加工又是决定最终质量的关键。基于有限元技术,分析了传统装夹定位方法带来的定位刚性差的原因所在;同时结合曲轴自身特点,设计了一种新型定位与装夹方式,为大型、偏心、轴类零件精加工提供理论与方法支持。

For marine engine,the quality of the crankshaft is a decisive factor for its mechanical life. In the manufacturing processes of semi-built-up marine crankshaft,as the final process,finish machining of the entirety is vital for the crankshaft quality. Applying finite element method,the traditional way for clamping was analyzed and the problem of machining deformation because of poor rigid was pointed out. In addition,a new clamping method was put forward according to the structure characters of crankshaft, which provided technical support for theory research and practical manufacturing. Moreover,a further research direction to increase the machining quality was proposed.
