目的：探讨高效抗反转录病毒治疗（HAART）联合中成药唐草片治疗HIV感染的有效性和安全性。方法：入选118例HIV感染者在我院进行抗病毒治疗患者，加用唐草片后每3月随访一次，记录其临床症状及实验室检查结果。结果：治疗前患者CD4 T细胞计数为223（136~379）个/μl，经过（11.8±3.7）月的联合治疗后患者CD4 T细胞计数上升至320（206~469）个/μl（P＜0.0001）。其中刚开始治疗患者采用联合治疗后1年内CD4 T细胞计数上升幅度和单用HAART无显著差异。23.7%（28/118）的患者在随访过程中出现不良反应，均为1、2级，经对症治疗后均改善。结论：HAART联合唐草片治疗HIV感染具有较好的免疫学治疗效果及安全性。
목적：탐토고효항반전록병독치료（HAART）연합중성약당초편치료HIV감염적유효성화안전성。방법：입선118례HIV감염자재아원진행항병독치료환자，가용당초편후매3월수방일차，기록기림상증상급실험실검사결과。결과：치료전환자CD4 T세포계수위223（136~379）개/μl，경과（11.8±3.7）월적연합치료후환자CD4 T세포계수상승지320（206~469）개/μl（P＜0.0001）。기중강개시치료환자채용연합치료후1년내CD4 T세포계수상승폭도화단용HAART무현저차이。23.7%（28/118）적환자재수방과정중출현불량반응，균위1、2급，경대증치료후균개선。결론：HAART연합당초편치료HIV감염구유교호적면역학치료효과급안전성。
Objectives:To evaluate the efifcacy and safety of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) combined with TangHerb in HIV-infected patients. Methods:One hundred and eighteen patients were enrolled and additionally treated with TangHerb besides HAART. They were thereafter followed up every 3 months and the symptom as well as lab exam results were recorded. Results:The CD4 T cell counts were increased from 223 (136~379) cells/μl to 320 (206~469) cells/μl (P<0.000 1). The magnitude of CD4 T cells count changes in patients initiating HAART, who were treated for one year with the combined therapy, was comparable to those of patients treated for one year only with HAART. Adverse events occurred in 23.7%(28/118) of patients during follow-up, which were all 1~2 grade and were relieved after therapy. Conclusion:HAART combined with TangHerb are effective and well tolerated.
