目的：探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3（ IGFBP-3）、P53在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测IGFBP-3、P53在138例结直肠癌和69例正常结直肠黏膜中的表达情况。结果 IGFBP-3在CRC中的阳性率显著低于对照组（ P ＜0．05），P53在CRC中的阳性率显著高于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；IGFBP-3在CRC中的表达与组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移的表达有关（ P ＞0．05）；P53在CRC中的表达与结直肠癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移有关（ P ＞0．05），二者与其他因素均无关（P ＞0．05）。 IGFBP-3与P53的表达呈负相关性（ r ＝-0．27， P ＜0．01）。结论 IGFBP-3与P53可能均参与了CRC的侵袭、转移过程，且二者起到了协同作用，联合检测二者在CRC中表达对预测预后具有重要意义。
목적：탐토이도소양생장인자결합단백3（ IGFBP-3）、P53재결직장암발생발전중적작용。방법응용면역조화SP법검측IGFBP-3、P53재138례결직장암화69례정상결직장점막중적표체정황。결과 IGFBP-3재CRC중적양성솔현저저우대조조（ P ＜0．05），P53재CRC중적양성솔현저고우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；IGFBP-3재CRC중적표체여조직학분급、TNM분기、림파결전이적표체유관（ P ＞0．05）；P53재CRC중적표체여결직장암TNM분기、림파결전이、원처전이유관（ P ＞0．05），이자여기타인소균무관（P ＞0．05）。 IGFBP-3여P53적표체정부상관성（ r ＝-0．27， P ＜0．01）。결론 IGFBP-3여P53가능균삼여료CRC적침습、전이과정，차이자기도료협동작용，연합검측이자재CRC중표체대예측예후구유중요의의。
Objective To investigate the role and clinical significance of IGFBP-3 and P53 in pathogenesis of colorectal cancer (CRC).Methods The expressions of IGFBP-3 and P53 were detected in 138 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 69 cases of normal colorectal mucosa tissues ( control group ) by immunohistochemistry ( SP ) .Results The positive expression rate (76.8%) of IGFBP-3 in CRC was significantly lower than that (91.3%) in control group ( P <0.05),however,the positive expression rate (53.6%) of P53 in CRC was significantly higher than that (2.9%) in control group ( P <0.05).The expression of IGFBP-3 in CRC was correlated to histological grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05 );the expression of P53 in CRC was correlated to TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis ( P <0.05),but both IGFBP-3 and P53 were not related with the other factors ( P >0.05).Moreover the expression of IGFBP-3 was negatively correlated to that of P53 ( r =-0.27, P <0.01).Conclusion IGFBP-3 and P53 may participate in the invasion and metastasis of CRC,and the two factors have a synergistic effect,combined detection of their expressions in CRC plays an important role in predicting patient’ s prognosis.
