目的：探讨护理干预对剖宫产切口感染的影响。方法剖宫产后出现切口感染的98例患者，将其随机分成观察组49例(护理干预)和对照组49例(常规护理)，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组出现术后感染的仅有6.12%，其护理满意度为95.92%，对照组的术后感染率为26.53%，护理满意度为77.55%，两组患者在血压上升、脉搏加快、术后感染、满意度等方面相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在一定程度上起到消除产妇不良情绪，稳定其血压和心率的作用，从而也有效降低了切口感染的发病率，临床效果显著。
목적：탐토호리간예대부궁산절구감염적영향。방법부궁산후출현절구감염적98례환자，장기수궤분성관찰조49례(호리간예)화대조조49례(상규호리)，대비량조환자적호리효과。결과관찰조출현술후감염적부유6.12%，기호리만의도위95.92%，대조조적술후감염솔위26.53%，호리만의도위77.55%，량조환자재혈압상승、맥박가쾌、술후감염、만의도등방면상비차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론호리간예재일정정도상기도소제산부불량정서，은정기혈압화심솔적작용，종이야유효강저료절구감염적발병솔，림상효과현저。
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on incision infection of cesarean delivery. Methods A total of 98 patients with incision infection after cesarean delivery were randomly divided into observation group with 49 cases (nursing intervention) and control group with 49 cases (conventional nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 6.12%, and the nursing satisfaction was 95.92%. The incidence of postoperative infection in the control group was 26.53%, and the nursing satisfaction was 77.55%. There were statistically significant differences of increased blood pressure, quickened pulse, postoperative infection, and satisfaction between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention can ease maternal unhealthy mood, and stabilize their blood pressure and heart rate in a certain extent. Therefore it can reduce the incidence of incision infection with significant clinical effect.
